Build powerful habits with a mental fitness trainer and Positive Intelligence®.
The Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness program begins on Saturdays and runs for six weeks.
Weekly Focus: Every Saturday, Shirzad Chamine presents a one-hour video that delivers an experiential exploration into that week’s focus. You have all weekend and the following Monday to take in that information and apply it to your life.
Daily Practice: 15 minutes per day of app-guided exercises enables you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways).
Weekly Support: We establish a support and accountability group with your mental fitness trainer Larry McInnes and other program participants. This is critical for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
